Trampolining Will Make Ya……Jump Jump

There’s something about getting on a trampoline and jumping like there’s no tomorrow. I can’t quite put my finger on it. I believe what I’m trying to say is….IT’S SO MUCH FUN! And this is coming from an adult. Taking this into account, you are correct to assume your kids will be worshipping you for taking them to one. It’s a good thing that over the course of only a few years, Singapore has racked up a number of trampoline parks all promising good clean fun in a safe environment. Did I forget to mention that it ends up being a serious workout for adults? That’s like getting a free drink with your popcorn at the movies.

AMPED

Amped was Singapore’s first indoor trampoline park and safe to say it’s still touted as one of the favorites. 5,000 square feet of interconnected trampolines will welcome your kids as they walk through the doors. You pay $12 and for the next hour your child is free to literally “bounce off the walls.” Pop music plays in the background gently nudging kids to go nuts. And if you are that lucky parent whose child is old enough to jump on their own, then all you have to do is grab a seat outside the jump zone and watch. Best part is you can book a slot online, which also enables the AMPED staff to ensure that the maximum numbers of jumpers are kept at bay. Safety first right?

BOUNCE

BOUNCE Singapore is sure to be Singapore’s latest and greatest craze. The arena encompasses not only several trampoline zones like the other trampoline parks but it amps it up by adding a “Leap of Faith”, a space which consists of thrill seekers leaping off a tower to catch hold of a trapeze or grab bag.  Wait, there’s more.  An epic obstacle zone dubbed X-Park is basically Asia’s first and only indoor adventure challenge course. Throw in some after-dark trampoline parties for teenagers and a Mini Bounce course for kids between 3-5 years and you have it all!

ZOOM PARK

Zoom right in on a trampoline and aim for the sky or the roof whichever comes first. Zoom Park made its grand entrance in 2014 and has quickly claimed the title of being Singapore’s largest indoor trampoline park. Its impressive facilities include two dodgeball courts, a four-lane foam pit, a five-lane airbag, three basketball slam dunk lanes, three long tumble tracks and a spacious main court covered with wall to wall trampolines. Oh there’s one more thing. A 17-metre lateral rock wall. So they have everything and the kitchen sink. It’s in their café. I told you they have everything.

MEGA BOUNCE

The name says it all. Put on a harness attached to elastic powercords and get ready to defy gravity, all for less than $15. Adrenaline seekers look no further because Mega Bounce is the answer to it all. Jump to heights of up to 8 meters and get ready to show off with your flips, splits and turns in the air. While you’re up there be sure to check out the breathtaking views of the Upper Seletar Reservoir, Singapore Flyer or Sentosa (depending on the location you choose).

SKYHIGH

Although it just recently opened, SkyHigh has accumulated quite the fan base. Catering to jumpers in the northern part of Singapore, SkyHigh comes equipped with all the necessary equipment to fulfil your trampolining needs, including slam dunk nets and a jumping wall.

KATAPULT

The newest kid on this jumping block is a space in Yishun that offers more than just foam pits and wall runs. At Katapult, kids and adults can participate in a unique training program called “Gymkour” which combines the art of trampolining and parkour within a trampoline park. So get your grip socks on and get ready to JUMP!
