    The Youth Optimist Sailing Programme offered by the Changi Sailing Club offers kids aged 7-14 the opportunity to learn the essentials of sailing and develop an interest in the sport. Kids aged 12 and above who want to further hone their sailing skills may choose to enrol in the Youth Dinghy Sailing Programme.
