Founded in 1988, Changkat Primary School underwent upgrading under PRIME in 2002. A co-ed school, Changkat Primary has been seeing steady progress in not only the academic areas but also in the non-academic areas such as sports and aesthetics and Information Communication Technology (ICT). Changkat Primary is the only school in the Changi-Simei constituency and is well regarded by parents as an all-around student-centric and values-driven establishment. Changkat Primary school does not hold any affiliation with a secondary school.

Founded in 1935, Catholic High School is an all-boys catholic school in Singapore. Catholic High School Primary celebrates high integrity and robust character and prides in its students becoming true gentlemen. It has a primary section offering a six-year primary education and a secondary section offering the four-year GCE 'O' Level education. From 2013, the secondary section also offers the six-year Integrated Programme jointly with Singapore Chinese Girls' School and CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls' School. The school is a Special Assistance Plan school, as well as a Gifted Education Programme centre. Catholic High School is affiliated with Catholic Junior College.

Casaurina Primary is a co-educational school in the Pasir Ris estate. Founded 14 years ago, Casaurina has established a firm foundation in the local school community. At Casaurina Primary, passionate teachers work hard to bring forth each student's full potential and unique abilities. Although Casaurina has no affiliation with a secondary school, it offers a full six-year primary education and the opportunity for students to develop into effective communicators, critical thinkers and tech-savvy individuals.

Founded in 2000, Canberra Primary School is a co-ed school in the Sembawang Estate. The school promises an integrated and thorough primary education for its students over the course of six years. Its Programme for Active Learning includes spaces for an Indoor Sports Hall, a Band Room, a Recital Studio, an Eco Garden and a Dance Studio among others. Students are taught to make the most of their positive learning outcomes and opportunities. Canberra Primary does not hold any affiliations with a secondary school.

Founded in 1986, Bukit View Primary School has grown tremendously over the years from a small space into a vibrant school community. In 1999 it became a single session school. Bukit View Primary's foundation is based on a well-balanced and holistic education for all its students. Since 2011, the school is recognized as the West Zone Centre of Excellence for Aesthetics aiming to bring the arts education and professional development of arts educator to greater heights. It is affiliated with Bukit View Secondary School.
