"Cognitus" is a Latin word which means "to know and to learn". At Cognitus Academy, our mission is to guide students along their journey of discovery and inquiry about global issues that affect them. We believe in helping our students reach their full potential academically, with the long-term aim of developing strong character and perspectives in them. Hence, our immediate goal is to work with our students to achieve high grades for English Language Examinations for PSLE and O-Levels, as well as General Paper Examinations at the A-Levels. Ultimately, students at Cognitus Academy are trained to become informed citizens that make distinctive contributions in Singapore and around the world.

This specialty indoor play area, located in Central Mall in Clarke Quay offers a remarkable selection of toys in a clean environment manned by friendly staff. Their Toddle Play Space is recommended for little ones up to age 4 while the Main Play Space is suitable for school-aged children. Every little detail is accounted for including floors made up of soft mattress to curb injuries and toys made of mostly wood. Pretend play is high on the list with a vast assortment of doll houses, cars, trains, kitchen sets and play shops.

Young Engineers is an enrichment centre that offers programs and workshops using LEGO brick kits designed especially for their students. The lessons utilise out-of-the box teaching methods including the use of stories, demonstrations and hands-on experiments so children can learn and enjoy the likes of arithmetic, physics and mechanical and software engineering. Young Engineers also offers holiday camps over the holidays where kids aged 6-11 years can choose between the Super Hero workshop or the Science workshop. Visit them at one of their five centres located in various regions of Singapore!

Shangri-La is the only hotel in the Orchard area of Singapore to offer an interactive play space for kids catering to both hotel guests and non-hotel guests. Buds by Shangri-La's outdoor space consists of lush gardens, a free-form pool and an outdoor playground with a giant pirate ship structure offering challenging climbs and slides and even a water play zone complete with splash pads. Indoor amenities include a Toddler Zone and an Explorer Zone detailed with themed-activity spaces to encourage fun learning. There is even a Party Room where you can host your little one's special celebrations.

Jiggle Wigs music classes are suitable for all babies and toddlers between ages 7 to 24 months old. Come along for a fun-filled class of dancing, movement with scarves, shakers, balls and hoops, parachute play, bubbles and more! Our classes give your child a new opportunity to work towards their physical and cognitive developmental milestones in a safe and nurturing environment. We sing songs and provide different props for the children to interact with not just because it is fun (although it really is!) but also to encourage them to practise all sorts of skills which are the foundation for future learning. A fun-filled 45 minutes for both parent and child! We run customised birthday parties too.

Vivo Kids aims to inject life, vigour, and realise your child's intra and interpersonal skills through multi-sport programmes. With the main focus being development of fundamental movement skills, our programme includes sports classes for preschoolers and toddlers that will allow your child to pick up the basics of physical development and character building through an array of sports (Rugby, Soccer, Basketball, Tennis, Floorball, Teeball).
We offer weekly sport classes, customised preschool sports programmes, holiday camps, and birthday parties.

Joyous Learning is an enrichment centre that specialises in Primary 3-6 English, Mathematics, Science, Creative Writing and GEP Selection Test preparation. It prides itself in creating a happy learning environment where students and teachers thrive and achieve their personal goals. Instead of rote learning, dispensing worksheets and marking papers, teachers encourage students to be smart learners. In addition to enrichment programmes held throughout the year, Joyous Learning also holds fun and educational holiday workshops.
