UFIT offers sports and fitness classes for kids aged 11-18 years and helps them develop physical and sporting abilities in a safe and positive sports environment. Kids are encouraged to improve their speed, strength, agility, conditioning and technical sporting skills through a range of exercises and activities at UFIT's gym and pitch facilities. Drop-ins and packages are available. UFIT also offers exciting holiday camps for kids (aged 7-18) throughout the year such as the Athlete Development Camp and Rugby Development Camp.
